Payment Terms & Booking Policy

To reserve our services and begin the planning process, we operate on a structured three-tier payment schedule: 30% Initial Retainer: Due upon contract signing to secure your date and initiate initial research and concept development. Please note: This initial 30% retainer is strictly non-refundable should you decide not to proceed with our services. 50% Mid-Planning Payment: Due during the active planning phase to lock in vendor agreements and design elements. 20% Final Balance: Due no later than two weeks prior to the event date to cover final coordination and logistics. Concept Development & Research: In-depth theme research and creative conceptualization to design a truly unique event. Budget Analysis & Management: Strategic allocation and tracking to keep your event financially on target without sacrificing quality. Vendor Sourcing & Management: Selection, contract review, and full coordination with trusted industry suppliers. Timeline & Schedule Planning: Detailed schedules developed well in advance to ensure smooth preparation and execution. On-the-Day (D-Day) Coordination: On-site management from start to finish, ensuring every detail unfolds according to plan. Post-Event Evaluation: Comprehensive wrap-up review and final vendor reconciliations to ensure complete satisfaction.
